YEAR 7/8 ROUNDERS vs ABBS CROSS
BackYear 7 and 8 had their first rounders match this year against Abbs Cross. It was a game played with great sportsmanship in a fantastic environment. There was excellent batting from Isla, Imogen and Joan that allowed them to score points for the team. We also fielded well, with Beatrice, Anastasia, Imogen and Ellenie working as a team to get the opposition out, preventing Abbs Cross from getting a big lead.
The final score was Gaynes 8 – Abbs Cross 12.
