Rounders News

Year 9 had their first rounders match against Abbs Cross on Thursday 25th May. We had a good level of enthusiasm from the girls and had more than one teams worth of players so we rotated on and off so more students could play.

It was a really friendly game, with both teachers talking through the rules and tactics as the game continued. The score was Abbs Cross 11.5 - 5.5 Gaynes and although we didn't win the game it was a great refresher of how to play and we look forward to trying to improve in our next matches.
