Jack Petchey Speak Out
BackJack Petchey Speak Out Challenge Regional Final 2 nd May 2024 at Frances Bardsley School Having won first place in the Gaynes School round of the Jack Petchey Speak Out Challenge, year ten student Beth took her assembly winning speech “The Sound of Sexism” to the Regional Final which was held at Francis Bardsley School. Beth joined pupils from each of the eighteen other secondary schools in Havering. The evening was a great success, with speeches covering a diverse spectrum of topics being delivered to a high standard. Beth delivered her speech confidently and was an exceptional ambassador to Gaynes School. Her professionalism and charisma shone against the competition. She was awarded her certificate by Deputy Mayor of Havering, Councillor Patricia Brown.
