Year 10 GCSE Art trip to The Saatchi Gallery to see the ‘Beyond the streets’ exhibition

Year 10 students and Mrs McDermott visited the Saatchi Gallery to see the 'Beyond the Streets' exhibition, they came back very inspired by the work they had seen.

The recreation of a New York record shop was a highlight as they were able to play the record and flick through the record stands. Many are now integrating the style of work they saw at the exhibition into their own work for their Year 10 exam
